Description
Our Coupler Lift Assist Device (CLAD) EZ PIT® is an ergonomical solution to help operators on site. It is designed to move and connect the coupler with the pit valve with limited muscular efforts. Already in operation in several international european airport, it works great with pressure regulated couplers manufactured by Cla-Val, Eaton Carter and Meggit.
It is certified in compliance with EI 1584 4th edition, when paired with the following hydrant couplers:
– CARTER série 649XX
– CLA-VAL model 353GF-3
Both the steady load test and impact load tests were performed with the equipment combination listed above and found to comply with all specification requirements.
